From industry certifications to specialized training, our programs are designed to help advance the profession.

Our program currently meets Monday through Thursday, over a period of 10 weeks. We understand the need for quality programming that allows students to continue earning a living wage while pursuing their Service Maintenance Technician certifications.

Must be 18 years of age
Proof of High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Read, Write and Comprehend English
For Employment Purposes- Must Pass Background Check and Drug Test
Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to earn the following:
Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) test preparation
1 year of maintenance experience required before testing
EPA 608 Technician Certification
Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) Certification
